Vision Mortgage was started in 2015 by Tim Fredheim, a Portland, Maine resident with experience in the Maine mortgage business since 1998. Tim Graduated from the University of Maine in 1989. After a few sales jobs Tim attended Law school in Miami and graduated in 1994 and then passed the Maine and Massachusetts bar exams. He took a job in the Maine Mortgage industry in late 1994 with Homeowners Assistance and stayed with them until September of 1998 when he took a job with Merrimack Mortgage as Southern Maine Branch Manager and remained with them until 2015. In Spring of 2015 Tim started Vision Mortgage, a mortgage company in the greater Portland, Maine region. Tim has helped hundreds of people realize their dream of owning a home or enjoy the rewards of owning investment properties.
